Pelvic Pain

Many factors can cause tight or weak muscles at the base of your pelvis impacting how your pelvis, hips, tailbone, spine and trunk move functionally. Chronic pelvic and abdominal conditions such as endometriosis, IBS, painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis) and more, can contribute to or aggravate pelvic muscle pain.

Sarah M

Meghan is amazing! I’ve had pain in my knees when squatting and lunging as long as I can remember. I asked her if that was something PT could help me with and she said absolutely! She quickly figured out what was causing the pain and helped me work through it. I used to skip leg day and now it’s one of my favorite days. She’s so knowledgeable and friendly!
